Diane Williams

17-year-old Diane was an outgoing person who dreamed of being a model and was excited about her future. She grew up in a large and loving family in Halley Terrace. She was a senior at Ballou High School in Washington, D.C. On September 5, 1972, Diane headed to her boyfriend’s house. When it was time for her to leave, he walked her to the bus stop, not far from the location where Carol Spinks and Darlenia Johnson were abducted. She was last seen boarding the bus. Her body was later discovered alongside I-295.
