Carol Denise Spinks

13-year-old Carol was one of 8 children and has an identical twin sister. Her family lovingly called her “Bay Bay”. She lived with her mother in their Congress Heights neighborhood and was in her 7th grade year at Johnson Junior High School. On April 25, 1971, Carol left home to go to the store just a half-mile away. A neighborhood boy saw her walking home with groceries. That is the last time that she was seen alive.
