Brenda Denise Woodard

18-year-old Brenda lived with her family in Baltimore, Maryland, along Maryland Avenue. Brenda was outgoing and enjoyed spending time at local restaurants with friends after school. On November 15, 1971, Brenda was taking night classes at a Cardozo High School. She and a classmate had dinner then rode the bus together until she transferred to another bus headed home. Brenda never made it. Approximately six hours later, in the early morning hours of November 16, Brenda’s body was discovered near Route 202. This time, the killer left a note.
